Hassan Sharara        violinist
After he began his violin lessons with his father at the age of nine he joined the Cairo Conservatoire where he studied from 1959 till 1971 with Eddo Pccaric, Mohamed Haggag and Irakly Beridze. He obtained his diploma with excellence and was granted a scholarship to study at the prestigious Tchaikovsky Conservatoire for three years where he finished his graduate studies
studies in 1974 with distinction, Since then he is a staff member of the Cairo Conservatoire. He became the dean of the Mr. Sharara took part in many international competitions where he got many certificates of honor among which are the Emily Anderson (1969), Jacques Thibault (1973), Tchaikovsky International Competition (1974).
Manifold musical activities as a soloist with orchestras nationally and internationally. He gave many violin recitals with works from the Baroque to modern Egyptian compositions. He also appeared as conductor with the Cairo Conservatoire Orchestra, the Cairo Symphony and the Chamber Orchestra of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
